MARY LEE BRIGGS, Attorney At Law
Mary Lee (Hutson) Briggs was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She is currently a resident of Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the College of Charleston in 2008 before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina in 2013.
Before law school, she was an assistant at a prestigious civil litigation firm in Columbia, South Carolina. Mary Lee handled a wide variety of duties, including case management, client relations, and general office organization. After moving to Charleston, South Carolina for law school, Mary Lee continued her experience at one of the area’s largest law firms, assisting attorneys in mass tort litigation through case management, medical record retrieval, and medical records management. Mary Lee clerked for Inglese & Associates, LLC throughout her time in law school. Her experience with Inglese & Associates, LLC as a clerk allowed her to gain extensive knowledge in a variety of family law matters. Mary Lee has experience in contested and uncontested divorces, custody issues, child support issues, settlement agreements, adoptions, and Department of Social Services work. Additionally, Mary Lee has worked with Chris extensively in planning, zoning, and land use law. Mary Lee is experienced in short-term rental litigation, presenting special exceptions, variances, and appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals, and local government law.
Mary Lee is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association as the Families Forever Committee co-chair, and the Charleston County Bar Association as a member of the CLE Committee. Mary Lee is also an adjunct professor in the paralegal program at Trident Technical College.
Mary Lee was a dedicated volunteer Guardian ad Litem for Charleston County for over four years. She continues to work as a certified Guardian ad Litem for private custody cases.

CHRISTOPHER INGLESE, Of Counsel
Christopher Inglese brings a variety of experience in land use planning, local government law, construction, property management, and government compliance. Since 1999 Christopher has been involved in residential renovation, property management and real estate acquisitions. Christopher has nine years of experience as a city planner working for the Historic City of Charleston. He has additional experience working for the City of Los Angeles Attorney’s office, and seven years as Executive Director of a local non-profit organization.
Christopher graduated Cum Laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2011. At the Charleston School of Law, he received two academic achievement awards and recognition for outstanding Pro Bono work. During Law School Christopher worked as a Planner for the City of Charleston Department of Planning, Preservation & Sustainability and received a national planning certificate from the American Institute of City Planners (AICP).
Since November 2011, Christopher has focused on local government law, planning and zoning, commercial real estate transactions, business law, personal injury, and property law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, Charleston County Bar, the American Planning Association, South Carolina Chapter of the APA, American Institute of Certified Planners, the Charleston County Community Development Advisory Board, the Planning & Zoning Committee for the Preservation Society and is an adjunct Professor at Trident Technical College.
COLIN SNOW, Attorney At Law
Colin grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia spending his high school years competing on the baseball diamond. After setting several high school records as a Pitcher, Colin went on to compete at the collegiate level at Georgia Southern University.
While at Georgia Southern, Colin was recognized for his athletic as well as his academic achievements. In 2009, Colin was named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman team. In 2011, Colin was named to the Southern Conference All-Academic team. After sustaining an injury to his shoulder, Colin decided to turn his focus to academics in preparation to attend law school. Colin was named to the Dean’s List in the fall of 2011, prior to his acceptance to the Charleston School of Law. Colin Graduated from Georgia Southern University in May 2012.
Colin attended the Charleston School of Law from 2012 through 2015. During law school, Colin was an active member of the Charleston Community. He volunteered for the Charleston Animal Society, Lowcountry Orphan Relief, and worked with CSOL’s Guardian ad Litem program. Colin also acted as an executive for two student organizations aimed at helping the community: The Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF), and the legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi (PDP).
Upon graduating from the Charleston School of Law, Colin Snow joined Briggs & Inglese, LLC to pursue his career as an attorney. His primary areas of practice include Personal Injury, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning.
